1.Broadcasting Rights
- For every film that is broadcasted in the time zone 24:00-15:00 we collect 308,14 euros, for the time zone 15:00-18:00 we collect 462,21 euros and for the time zone 18:00-24:00 we collect 616,29 euros.
- For every microfilm we collect 73,37 euros, regardless of any time zone.
- For every video film we collect 246,51 euros, regardless of any time zone.
- For dubbing serials, the actors’ remunerations for each episode are determined as follows:
Repetition a’: until 29 minutes – 40,06 euros
from 30 to 45 minutes – 60,09 euros
Repetition b’: until 29 minutes – 21,57 euros
from 30 to 45 minutes – 32,35 euros

2.Private Copy Rights
The Collecting Society collects from the ‘’reproductive machinery importing companies’’ a 6% percentage on their machinery imports and distributes it to the rightholders according to the play lists of the certain period of time.
3.Communication to the Public Rights:
The same way the Collecting Society distributes to the rightholders the communication to the public rights. These remunerations are collected from hotels that have TV sets in their rooms and from any other public place that has a TV set.
The remunerations for the communication to the public that we claim from hotels are the following:
5 star hotel – lux category – 0,20 euros per room per day
4 star hotel – category a – 0,18 euros per room per day
3 star hotel – category b – 0,10 euros per room per day
2 star hotel – category c – 0,07 euros per room per day
1 star hotel – category d – 0,05 euros per room per day
We claim the related rights from the communication to the public in cooperation with the collecting societies of the singers, the performing musicians and the phonographic companies. The remunerations are divided as follows: 50% for the actors, 25% for the phonographic companies, 12,5% for the singers and 12,5% for the performing musicians.
4.Rental and Lending Rights from the video clubs:
The Collecting Society also collects - under a certain bilateral agreement - the rental and lending rights. These rights are a percentage of 2,5% on the sales of film distributing companies to the video clubs. These rights are distributed to the specific rightholders, to whom they are addressed.
